This abstract applique bird design was inspired by the mythological bird, Phoenix. The Phoenix is a symbol for hope, renewal and new beginnings.

Pattern includes instructions and full size applique template for a 61" x 73" applique quilt.

Blocks can be machine or hand appliqued.
