These layered wooden cross designs are small replicas of the quilt blocks in my Santa Cruz quilt. Each cross ready to be brought to life with your favorite paint or stain colors.. Versatile in their use, these crosses can be painted for indoor or outdoor displays. Perfect for Christmas ornaments, wall decor, gift tags, or framed art. Each cross measures 4" x 4" and features a unique design made up of 2 to 4 layers. The layers are painted individually and then glued together, creating a beautiful, dimensional piece. Creating a collection of hanging crosses on a wall can make a striking and meaningful display. For smaller areas, consider framing a cross inside a shadow box to make a wall display or a tabletop decoration.
These do it yourself crosses are fun for all skill levels. You can other decorative touches like beads, sequins, button, glitter, crystals, etc. for a personalized touch. For a natural look, try using different wood stains.
These crosses fit nicely in a 5" x 7" frame.
There are 13 different painted crosses available.
Each kit includes: Laser cut wood pieces, instruction sheet, color photo and jute twine for hanging. Each kit is packaged in a clear bag.
Other supplies needed: small paint brushes, acrylic paint in the colors of your choice, clear acrylic coat spray and glue.
